🌐🏫Online First, In-Person When Possible

To keep sessions accessible and affordable, most of our learning takes place online using a secure Learning Management System (like Google Classroom or Canvas).
We’re also planning to offer in-person sessions as space becomes available in community locations—so families have flexible options based on their needs.

⏱️ Lesson Flow (45–60 Minutes)

Each session is designed to be engaging, targeted, and flexible—so your child stays focused, supported, and successful.

Welcome & Warm-Up (5–10 minutes)
- Quick check-in
- Review of prior skills
- Brain-activating activity or movement
Mini-Lesson (10–15 minutes)
- Direct instruction of the day’s focus skill
- Visuals, stories, or examples to build understanding
Guided Practice (10–15 minutes)
- Hands-on work or interactive activity
- Real-time feedback and support from the Learning Guide
Independent Practice (10–15 minutes)
- Skill application
- Can include printable work, online tools, or verbal responses depending on age
Wrap-Up & Reflection (5 minutes)
- Review learning goals
- Celebrate progress
- Share next steps or homework (if assigned)

💬Keeping Parents Informed

We believe families are essential partners in learning. To keep communication simple and consistent, we use a Learning Management System (LMS) to give parents ongoing access to important updates and resources.

Through the LMS, families can view:

🎯 Optional at-home practice or enrichment activities
📁 Learning materials and announcements.

This system allows families to stay connected and informed—without the overwhelm of constant emails or messages.
